Rego Park Coffee Shop

This is one of my favorite diners. The staff and service are exceptional. There's a large variety of breakfast specials and the cost is reasonable. The portions are large so don't worry about walking away hungry. The coffee is really good and the servers offer to refill cup as much as you want at no additional cost. With so many diners going out of business I'm very pleased this one has survived and thrived. Service=5 Food=5 Drinks=5 Atmosphere=4 Cost=4 (a rating of 1 would be expensive) Overall=4.6 Stars

I sat in a seat near the door to be able to charge and have enough space to eat and complete a task on my computer. 6 other tables were free and open. I was asked to move from my table. Shortly after two other people came in and sat at tables independently and were not asked to move. Pancakes were dry, slightly burnt, and low in flavor.

Horrible and Disappointing ..literally called at 8am when they opened they told me at 830am the food was being packed. 9am pulled around nearly impossible to get through to anyone. There must only be 1 phone line. 930am I finally get through and now the person puts me on hold to find out about my order and clearly forgets im on the phone. I was on hold for over 10 minutes listening to them work in the background. 10am still no food or phone call. Needless to say we won't be ordering from them ever again. When trying to support local businesses go wrong.

Price increase but food quality decrease! I come here all the time. The foods were not bad. However we were not too enjoying today. Firstly the burger platter was too dry, the sample platter is like McDonald sizes. Only the omelette is ok. Overall, nothing tasted delicious. I used to come a lot but will not consider for awhile.

Absolutely horrible service!! There is one particular woman Maria server who is rude and very unprofessional! Every time I come for breakfast she always has a horrible attitude with me. The only reason I stop in, it’s the closest cafe in RegoPark. Otherwise, I would never set foot in this establishment ever!! The other servers I never have an issue, except her. Trust me when I tell you if you go don’t be served by this Maria. Dreadful!! Better yet, don’t go.
