El Rincon Porteno - Puerto Limon

Located by the beach, this cozy dive bar is a hidden gem with excellent food and top-notch service. Celebrating my birthday here, we shared the tomahawk steak dinner priced at 35k CRC (approximately $53). The steak was cooked perfectly to our liking of medium, and the grilled vegetables and potatoes were simply delectable. When our friend inquired about the pizzas, our waiter was honest in stating that the restaurant's focus is on meat dishes, although the pizzas are acceptable but not exceptional. Our friend ordered the ribs and was also very pleased with his choice. Whether dining as a carnivore or vegetarian, this restaurant caters to all dietary preferences and is willing to accommodate special requests.

After visiting the Jaguar Rescue Center, I went to lunch here. The restaurant has a wide menu and the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. I ordered the tuna, asking for it to be cooked medium but it was better to be slightly rare. The fries were crispy and delicious. I also had a frozen lemonade on the beach, which was very refreshing.

I ordered the special dish and it was excellent. The children thoroughly enjoyed the burgers and fries. The service was wonderful.

I had steak and thunfish here, both were very good. the service was friendly. the only problem was that they took a lot of an hour to tell us that one of our dishes was not available, then we had to choose something new. but the waitress was very friendly and gave us free wine and beer.

We ate here twice. it was beautiful! I recommend the steak!
