Hot Rocks

Fourth star is for potential... There was construction outside that was deafening... Started right after our drinks came. Sort of bad exchange rate if using USD also didn't help. It was pretty much empty and still service was slower than was reasonable to expect even for the Caribbean coast. Prices are good and it is a nice, large open bar/restaurant.

Eating was cold and old. the “supreme fries” with cheese and garlic and they came cold with the cheese still cold out of the refrigerator and not even slightly melted or superior. whoever has it back, but hotter was not well received. another party ordered the chicken wings and the pommes, the pommes were hot this time, but soft and the worst pommes I've ever tasted, and the heh was rubbery and open poor. Eating was cheap, but still not worth it for quality or service. the floor 2 stars were given and not 1 is on the good entertainment they had, big band and some good fireworks entertainment. I can imagine that it is a nice place to buy drinks, but my experience with eating was terrible!

My party and I visited the restaurant on a Monday and reviewed the food menu first. A waitress promptly approached us, but we were still undecided on our drink choices so she left. Unfortunately, she did not return to our table despite us trying to get her attention by waving and calling out to her. After 20 minutes of being ignored, we decided to leave.

Our order was completely incorrect and when we asked the waiter about it, he just shrugged his shoulders. To make matters worse, the food was not enjoyable at all. The only positive aspect was that the cocktails were good.

This is my review - I have been frequenting this restaurant for about 6 years now. Today's experience was extremely disappointing as the chicken I ordered tasted old and dry. It was my birthday celebration and when I complained to the server, they simply blamed it on a change in chefs and made no effort to rectify the situation. While the servers are usually great, that alone is not enough reason for me to continue dining here. I hope you do not have the same experience. It is truly a shame that this restaurant, which used to be a great place to eat, has declined in quality.
