Zinc - Prague Nove Mesto

Unfortunatelly not a good experience. The food was average for the given price, but what surprised me the most was the behavior of the manager that seemed incopetent. But to be honest the sweet corner was nice.

If you're going for the lobster, you better have some sharp elbows and bad manners... Like the three or four people who descended on the platter like vultures and loaded 5 lobsters on their plate, TWICE, after which it ran out. I don't see why they can't serve it out like they do with the meat at the carvery station, so that it distributed fairly. Otherwise, there is nothing at all at this brunch that is worth the money.

Enjoy evening meal in the restaurant zinc in the hilton old town, which is a mix of Asian cuisine and a modern version of traditional Czech dressed with fresh and seasonal ingredients. the very good beef goulash was slowly braised beef ribbed in dark beer goulash sauce potato dumplings chips with a cauliflower purée. zinc is also used as an breakfast buffet and has a Sunday buffet.

Excellent hamburger and French fries. The Old Fashioned I confess I drank three) was perfectly mixed. The bartenders are polite, attentive, and good natured.
