Pizzeria Kmotra - Praha

Pizzeria Kmotra is in a basement of a bar. Don't let the subterranean location deter you. The menu had pizza, pasta, gnocchi and risotto options. There was a wine list with a decent number of options. We had pasta and risotto both were good, though the risotto really stood out. For a casual, family friendly, inexpensive meal, Pizzeria Kmotra fit the bill.

We came in here late night craving a pizza. Sat at the bar and ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. Good size for two people. We are from the USA (East coast specifically) and thought this pizza was comparable which is Hard to find. i highly recommend to anyone looking for a good pie.

Went for the gluten free pizza. It was not good. Bland ingredients as the crust tasted like frozen ones. Not sure how the regular pizza tastes, but it looked yummy. From what I had, there was nothing special about it. Staff was very nice and restaurant it's pretty cool.

A very bad place to get Italian Food in Prague. I ordered a dark beer and a steak with potato gratin. I got a light beer after 15 minutes (the place was not crowded at all , a steak what tasted a bit like liver (maybe it was fried in the same pan? with potato edges! Any questions? By the way: The waiter was not looking at me or even the table when he put the food on it!!!

We loved this place. Ate here three times during our trip. The pesto is so creamy and delicious. Fresh. The spaghetti bolognese was meaty and perfect. Pizza bread was perfect for breaking up the richness of the pesto. Pizza has a thin crust. One pizza is perfect for two kids or one adult. Very satisfying. Cheap beer. Excellent place for kids. Easy and comfortable.
