Bolster Snow Co. - Portland

Our culinary experience in Bolster, Snow and Co was excellent. Very creative appetizer of schishito Paprika. My seafood duck was absolutely perfect, and my wife mussels and linguini was great. 2. We gedimt there this summer and loved it both times

We've been to Bolster Snow 4 times. The first several times were fantastic, the last time wasn't. The experience was completely different, we we're wondering if the chef has changed.

Inventive, exciting food. Honestly one of the best meals we've ever had. Loved the hake special and the fresh hummus appetizer.

Creative, imaginative flavor profiles, food as art. Really delicious!!

The menu doesn't change often enough but the food was very fresh and beautifully prepared and presented; don't skip dessert, the basil granita was so refreshing!!
