Shin Nara Japanese - Port Washington

This store is impressively well-stocked given its size. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to find all the ingredients I needed for my chawanmushi, and I was pleasantly surprised by their selection of frozen seafood, fresh bread, snacks, vegetables, and prepared foods like bento boxes, udon, gyudon, onigiri, and sushi. They even carry some Japanese medications and supplements around the counter. It’s my go-to place whenever I’m in need of anything Japanese!

This charming little shop is fantastic! I absolutely love their Bento and Ramen dishes. You even have the option to use a microwave for your food. Everything is fresh, and the location is ideal. It's a perfect spot to satisfy your cravings for Japanese cuisine!

This place is fantastic and definitely one of the best in Washington Harbour. Having lived in Japan for a long time, I can say that the food here is truly delicious and reminiscent of authentic Japanese cuisine. Every dish I've tried has been flavorful and generous in portion. I would rate it a solid 10/10!
