Salvatore's Coal Oven Pizzeria

Found another little jewel in a Strip-Mall off Shore Road shopping around Long Island, we found this place to try, and glad we did. It is a clean facility with friendly staff. Carbon stove pizza with a delicious sauce balanced with fresh mozzarella and a slightly carburized crust. We cooked our pizza with fresh mushrooms and black olives and loved the sweet, perfectly carburized crust that complicated the rest of the ingredients. They mastered the recipe for perfection. Bravi? They also make a fine multilayer cappuccino! It's a bar only branch.

Fabulous brick oven pizza and baked zitti. Lunch pizza at $10 is a great value. Wait staff were very attentive and dining recommendations were spot on.

A hidden gem in the Soundview Section of Port Washington, New York. Great coal oven pizza and pasta dishes. Greek salad is awesome. Sausage Pie is a must. No slices, you can only purchase a whole pie. CASH ONLY!!! Easy to see right off of Shore Road. Small parking lot that fills up fast especially on the weekends and at night. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Public Restrooms. Moderately priced. We will definitely be going back.
