Subway - Port Coquitlam

I placed an order through Skip, and the restaurant called to inform me that they had run out of the chips I ordered. Unfortunately, I missed the call, and by the time I got back in touch, my order was already en route. When it finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra cookie and a sweet note wishing me a great meal, along with an apology for the missing chips. This thoughtful gesture truly made my night! Additionally, I received a different bag of chips that I enjoy just as much. The staff is amazing!

Are you really asking for tips? You decide what to pay your staff. It's your responsibility to set your prices to ensure fair wages, not mine.

The two young men at the counter were polite and efficient. The establishment looked clean, and the subs were exceptional! I really liked the numbering system they use!

I wouldn't advise arriving for a walk-in around 8 PM on weekdays. There's only one staff member working, and they are preoccupied with orders from delivery services like Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats. This can result in a wait of 10-15 minutes just to place your order. You might have a better experience at "CM Chicken" or "DQ" instead. Good luck!

We had a valid discount coupon, but the staff refused to accept it. They explained that the coupon is only valid for certain types of sandwiches, though it doesn't specify which ones. I think this decision ultimately falls to the store owner. Because of this experience, I've decided not to return to this location and cannot recommend it to others.
