Smoky Mountain Burritos Mexican Grill

I visited this restaurant with some friends and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the service. Our waiter appeared to be overwhelmed with too many tables, so I’ll cut him some slack, but I still left feeling let down. I ordered a straightforward meal and ended up waiting an extra ten minutes after my friends had nearly finished theirs. When my food finally arrived, the rice and beans were ice-cold—like they had just been taken out of the fridge. Additionally, I ordered cheese dip, which never arrived. On a positive note, the atmosphere is lively and enjoyable if you’re in the right mood. However, I won’t be going back.

Excellent food! We had a group of ten and were seated immediately. Although a few of our orders were incorrect, they were promptly resolved. However, there was a delay in getting the tortillas for those who ordered them, and most of the people who ordered corn received flour instead. It's not a huge issue, but it's puzzling why they would ask our preference if they're just going to serve what they want. We will return when we're in town again and would recommend this place, but just make sure your server fully comprehends your order!

We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 on Friday evening and were seated right away. Our waiter promptly took our drink orders, and my margarita was fantastic. We ordered our meals soon after, and the chips and salsa were quite good, though I did add some hot sauce to kick it up a notch, which is something I tend to do at most Mexican restaurants I visit. Our meals arrived surprisingly quickly, even before we were fully ready, but the food was served piping hot. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. I would definitely come back again.

I waited over an hour for my takeout, despite being told it would only take 15 minutes. There was no apology for the delay. If you value your time, I would suggest avoiding this place. They seem to be short-staffed. While the food was good, it really wasn’t worth the long wait.

We placed our drink orders, but I noticed my glass had a smudge on the rim. It seemed like our server was preoccupied and didn’t notice it. I requested a clean glass, and a nice lady promptly brought me a new one. The food was outstanding—definitely worthy of five stars. Unfortunately, the service from our male waiter fell short; he was not attentive to our needs at all. He didn’t check on us to see if we needed anything else or if we were satisfied with our meals. I actually had to signal him to return to our table. Overall, the food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired.
