Geno's Pizza Subs - Pigeon Forge

This place was amazing! We were there when they opened the day when we were in the pigeons. So a great little place, and the pizza was delicious! I don't usually eat the crust, but that was totally good for me! I ate three pieces! I'll go back next time in the pigeons!

Nice to meet you. The dough they use is the absolute best I have ever tasted from anywhere I have been, it has a salty taste, but not excessively salted. I ordered a Kalzon with mushrooms, green peppers and pepperoni. It was incredible and perfectly cooked golden! The lady who took my order was called TRACEY and she was super sweet. She made me feel like we picked up old friends, not like a stranger who came in. GREAT personalities in a branch make a HUGE difference. I will definitely hold back for another Calzone when I'm on my way!

Customer service was excellent from the time we placed our order for delivery. I would like to mention that we ordered on Saturday night at 9:45. The nice woman who took our order was patient, friendly and helpful! We had delivered the food to our hotel and the supplier was also very pleasant and friendly! The delivery lasted about 1 hour, which is appropriate when considering time and day of the week. We ordered 1 extra large cheese pizza

Amazing pizza! The best I've had for a long time. The staff was very polite and helpful on the phone and informed me about a deal that would save money. The staff we picked up the pizza was just as nice and polite. We will definitely come back!

I noticed a lot of mixed reviews, and after visiting Geno’s myself I was pleasantly surprised! I think the experience must be a little different with over the phone orders my mom and I visited on a Sunday night at 10:30 and went inside to order, and had no problems. We were initially told it would be around 30 mins for our extra large pizza, but it only took around 12/15 minutes actually. Pizza was fresh and tasty and the staff was friendly despite being obviously a little busy. Would definitely go back :
