The Italian sub should consist of crispy bread, sharp provolone cheese, salami, capicola, prosciutto, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, and other vegetables to provide a flavorful and textured experience. This sandwich should have a balance of crunchy, heat, sweetness, and sharpness that makes it stand out on the menu. Unfortunately, the sandwich I received did not live up to these expectations despite the high price of $15. The restaurant may have employees earning $15 an hour, but perhaps they should consider paying $17 an hour for employees who are attentive to customer orders. If they want to retain business, they need to ensure that customers receive what they order, especially when there are other options like Subway nearby.

The waitress at the restaurant was very rude to a family before us. She seemed impatient and couldn't wait for the son to finish drinking. Instead of listening patiently to the customers, she made jokes every time someone approached her. It was a very unpleasant experience, and it was clear that the other employees were talking about them during the whole situation.

The food was incredibly delicious, hot, and freshly prepared. I enjoyed the chili, firehouse cheese, and brisket, which were all amazing. However, the prices were quite high.

Great subs and super friendly employees the place was packed out and service was outstanding and very quick.
