Cici's Pizza - Pigeon Forge

Great place. everything you can eat, pizza, pasta and salat. plus free refills on drinks. the manager was very friendly and helpful. I miss cici in johnson city. that is a great place to take their children. the load was also very clean.

They were very busy when we got there and the pizza was not as well stocked as we would have liked. but that changed quickly, they did a great job at keeping the bar stocked after a few minutes. staff was quick to accommodate and make the special request pizzas.

Loved Ci Ci's pizza buffet since I first discovered them. Pizza was hot, very busy at the time, but plenty of choices for everyone. Staff was friendly and cleanly. Custom request was out in five minutes as promised. Salad bar was well stocked along with pasta bar. Fan favorite, will return.

Today March 25 2022 What a cluster of choas today, no pizzas, dirty and rude managers. What a disappointment today's meal was... I won't be back.

I’ve eat at a lot of Cici’s. The food was not good. The Bavarian pizza tasted like Play-Doh. The staff was not friendly and the restaurant was not clean. This was not because they were busy. There was 10 people total. If you want Cici’s go to one further up the road going toward Sevierville.
