This happened to me twice: the first time, I waited 15 minutes and had to knock on the door because they had locked the lobby and there were ten cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. The second time, I waited ten minutes. The only upside is that their incompetence has led to us unintentionally receiving full meals for free twice, as they took our card but never processed the payment before returning it.
After that, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and seemed to be trying their best, but it felt chaotic. One employee, whom I believe was named Jamie, appeared to be the only one who knew what was going on. If you had five more Jamies, things would surely run smoother. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only one facing issues with incorrect orders that day; three other customers were experiencing the same frustration. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had problems here; it’s actually the third consecutive time. I keep returning because I enjoy the food, but the hassle of ensuring my order is correct is becoming quite tiresome.
These employees are the worst to work with. The only good experience I had was with this place is a big wig when they were in town. The staff do not and will not own up to their mistakes. They will call you a liar to your face even after screen shots of times you called them. The manager will hang up on you and the staff will hang up on you if you point out bad customer service. We tried and tried to give this place a chance but all times were horrible for family and friends. And for a business who doesn’t know who their corporate number but works for them is not a business…. You should have your managers know the higher up contacts when problems happen. I highly do not recommend these guys and I’m sorry for anyone who has to deal with their unprofessionalism. Especially how they talk to a female. And if your using DoorDash… be ready for them to be nasty to you when you call about your order being canceled because the app tells you their open but they haven’t done their part to make sure DoorDash changes their times of dashing.
Sir, this is a Wendy’s.The crispy chicken BLT has no right being this good.
Waited in the drive through over 45minutes. Manager was inside yelling at staff while we waited for food. Not the first time ive had a similar experience. Avoid this location.
