Humdinger's Gourmet Pizza Co. - Palmer

I wish I could give this a half-star, because 4 seems too low, but it is not quite 5 stars in my opinion. Spinache Artichoke Dip was great, the south of the border pizza (I had no meat) was delicious. I definitely come back. Beer selection is not tap only in 22 oz or other bottles, but they are all local that is very redeeming. They won't be disappointed.

The pizza was amazing, and we really enjoyed the crust. It was our first visit, but we would absolutely make the trip again!

The pizza was good, but I can't give five stars because of the crust. I had hoped more of a crisp thin style. But that was just me... Service was great, thank you!

This is a wonderful restaurant. I have IBS and cannot have a variety of things, and they have my special diet. The cook made me a pizza from scratch and even gave the recipe for the great creation! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who has a love for pizza and has a special diet. Next time I'm back in Alaska's host family, I'll be sure to come back!!

The pizza here is absolutely amazing! It’s not too sweet, has a perfect balance between thick and thin crust, and is made with high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the love that goes into it, and it's wood-fired to perfection! A huge thanks to the Humdinger team for a fantastic meal!
