Burger Jim - Palmer

I’ve passed by this restaurant numerous times, always curious about its quality. I finally decided to give it a try, and I was pleasantly surprised; it was fantastic! The service was quick, and the burgers and onion rings were delicious! I will definitely be returning. Food rating: 5/5.

Started getting really bad customer service. Use to love grabbing food to go but they hardly answer the phone anymore and called once 30 minutes prior to closing to pick something up and wouldn't take the order, said it's too late to order... never seen their customer service that bad.Food: 4/5

This! Is the place for burgers. And well, everything on their menu. I've never had a bad experience at Burger Jim. It's an office favorite. Keep it up, guys!

I had the jalapeño burger! My wife had the bacon cheeseburger along with some fried mushrooms!! Everything was fantastic! Service was awesome and speedy! Definitely recommend this place to everyone! Going to be a regular place to go!!

Additionally, the Knight burger lacked flavor, and the crab Rangoons were disappointing as well. They hadn’t been fried long enough, so they were flimsy and far from crispy. On the bright side, the fries were crispy and were probably the only highlight of our meals. Considering we spent nearly $50 for two people (including tip), I can't recommend this place and doubt we'll be back. Aside from the poor food, the service was quick, and the staff was fantastic!
