Additionally, I thought it was odd that they did not serve any bread, as that is usually a standard offering in Italian restaurants. Other reviews mentioned that they typically have bread, so they might have just run out. While our server was friendly, many of the staff appeared somewhat unkempt. One was dressed in workout pants with cutouts, while another’s outfit looked reminiscent of Johnny Depp's character from *Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas*. I initially thought it was a joke, but it was for real. I appreciate personal style, but when spending a significant amount on a meal, I expect the staff to dress appropriately. Lastly, there was no kids' menu available. When I asked for buttered spaghetti noodles for my four-year-old, it cost $10, which seems excessive. Our total bill came to $120 for two adults and two kids. Unfortunately, I doubt we’ll be coming back.

I was initially attracted to the special, but the flavors just didn’t have the depth I was hoping for. On a positive note, they managed a custom order for my picky friend impressively, substituting pork for premium beef at a fair upcharge. I did find myself needing more water since the dry climate in Colorado left me quite thirsty. However, the staff was attentive to our requests for extra bread and marinara dipping sauce.

The dinner options here are incredible! The food transports you straight to Italy. Whether you're a vegetarian or a passionate pasta enthusiast, you'll find fantastic choices. Our evening kicked off with a delightful Cabernet from Dynamite Vineyards. Our group of 11 sampled a variety of dishes from the menu, and we were thoroughly impressed! If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, this is the place to be!

The area is delightful, featuring quaint shops and plenty of activities to explore. Just a quick 15-minute drive north of Colorado Springs, you absolutely must try the menu here.
