O’malley’s - Palmer Lake

First time here. Will be back! Awesome wings. Wow. It's everything you want for a fun night out. Great selection of beers and food. Service is the best! Thanks guys for the wonderful evening.

Very disappointed with the establishment. We had high hopes, the reviews were all great, and every time we drive by the place is packed. Came on a Saturday night, around 10p. 4 people in our group. Sat ourselves, and after 10 minutes of sitting thought maybe we were supposed to be seated by someone. So we wait by the table by the front door for 4-5 minutes. The server who approached us told us to seat ourselves, so we went and sat at a different table than we did the first time. We sat there another 7-8 minutes with no greeting. Once our server came over, she gave us menus then ran off. Another 5-6 minutes go by and she asks what we want to drink, and if we are ready to order food. We go ahead and order both. Our appetizer comes out in less than 10 mins, that's great. About 10 minutes after that, our food comes out, that's also great. However, we have yet to receive any of our drinks. No waters, none of our bar drinks. I ask the guy that delivered our food if we could get some waters. About 6 minutes later, our server brings one person's drink (a pitcher of beer). Another 2-3 minutes, and we get the rest. My drink is wrong, but at this point I don't even care. Our checks were incorrect and had to be adjusted (price wise, not items). Overall food was 9/10, but service was so poor it ruined our night. The place had several open tables, and 3-4 servers, so there is no way things should have taken as long as they did. However, we will be trying this place again, in hopes we just had a bad experience.

Worse experience ever!!! Don't go to this restaurant. Waited over 2 hours for our mediocre food.

A popular spot for the locals, O'Malleys has been a staple in Monument for years. It's cozy inside but if you'd rather have elbow room it also has a cute deck. We were in the mood for snacks and I asked our friendly server which she preferred, normal or sidewinder fries. I'm so glad I listened to her because the sidewinder fries were amazing. They were light crispy but tender on the inside. Loved everything else as well. And bar ranch, you can't beat bar ranch.

Cute pub. The fish and chips portions were small, but decent. Wings were better and had a lot of sauce which I like.
