Przekaż informację zwrotną4 for Nengmyun (cold buckwheat noodles) and Banchan, but 3 stars for other dishes. We always go here when we're looking for Nengmyun. Noodle is beautiful and chewing, broth is tasteful with crushed ice, toppings are well seasoned. Other dishes tasted somewhat too salty and flavored with MSG. We ordered ttukgook, kimchi tofu and bibimbop. Soups were just too much with MSG... so the 3 stars.
They are back in a H mart food court!!! So glad that they reopened at this new location, even if it’s a bit far from us than the old palisade park location. The food is as good as before, plus you get to do grocery shopping in the brand new h mart with a better selection.
The broth is very well done here. They serve it in a thermos/pitcher so it stays warm thoughout the meal. The galbi cchim is delicious wish the portion was slightly bigger. You Chun is also known for their naengmyeon!
This food counter is located inside the Hmart Korean supermarket. The management does a commendable job of keeping the presentation of the dishes neat and clean. U Chun offers a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. The taste and portion sizes are satisfactory, providing better value compared to many fast food chains.
This restaurant has a long history, having previously been located on Board Avenue in Palisades Park, where they were renowned for their incredible naengmyun before closing a few years ago. Even before their closure, they expanded their menu beyond just their delicious cold noodles, and it seems that in this new location, they've built upon that with even more offerings. They are now located in the H-Mart food court in Little Ferry, and their galbi is outstanding. The soup is rich in flavor, and the beef is exceptionally tender. While their prices may be comparable to, if not higher than, some full-service restaurants, the quality of the food makes it worth a visit if you're in the area.
