The Rose - Pagosa Springs

I'm generally quite punctual, but I had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes before a table became available because it was quite crowded. Our server, Hayden, did an excellent job, and the presentation of our entrees was impressive. I ordered the Pagosa (French Toast), which was generously soaked in pancake batter. The hot chocolate came topped with a delightful mountain of whipped cream.

The breakfast at this place is amazing! My husband ordered the giant breakfast burrito, while I opted for the veggie omelette. The burrito is truly enormous, and the green chili is delicious—though a bit too spicy for my taste, my husband really enjoys it. The omelette was fantastic as well. Overall, the food here is excellent!

The food was so delicious that I felt compelled to write a review, which I don't do often. The hash browns, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and chocolate milk were all outstanding—truly a masterpiece. There are also plenty of other options if you're in the mood for something sweet or even lunch. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was quiet, enjoyable, and absolutely delightful. My only suggestion would be to have some soft background music to enhance the experience.

We love this breakfast look!! The food was legit, the service was a repulsion to the 70s, and the atmosphere was laid back. Recommend 100% disfruta/enjoy!

Very cute small spot to get a tasty breakfast while you're in pagosa springs. Was recommended by another guest at the hotel we stayed at and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend the giant breakfast burrito!
