Pagosa Baking Company - Pagosa Springs

We used them for our high time. despite a break in their water pipes in the bakery, they ensured that my order was completed and delivered on time. everything was nice and delicious.

Exactly what my wife and I envisioned for breakfast in Pagosa. Quaint cottage on the Main Street with great outdoor seating.The smothered burrito with chorizo was delicious and the pumpkin muffin hit the spot. Great spot!

It is a beautiful place. what they serve is ok, the coffee is good, but it seems that the selection has become smaller in the run of the years. go back.

I stopped a coffee. they were really busy, but still a big service, one of the best dirty chai lattes I had. beautiful terrace also to relax!

Perfect!. We stopped in the Baking Co for lunch as we passed through Pagosa Springs on a roadtrip. We loved everything about the Baking Co from the chicken pot pie to the salad with lentils and the fruit pie (apple blueberry for me black cherry for my husband). If I lived in town I have a feeling I would be a regular!!
