Boss Hogg's Saloon - Pagosa Springs

Our server was very attentive and friendly full menu at the bar booths ?

Waiters long dirty nails and filthy dirty jeans is not very appealing in a food place!

Amazing little restaurant. We showed up an hour before closing, something we try not to do, but apparently everything in Pagosa closes at 9 pm on a Friday. They were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. We had the surf turf, and the cowboy cut prime rib. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The shrimp was excellent. The prime rib was more medium than medium rare. However, it's also smoked. The smoked prime rib adds a whole different level to the food. We ate at the bar, and the highlight of the evening was Steve. He was the bartender. He made the night extremely enjoyable. He was amiable and fun. Boss Hogg is definitely worth the visit. We will come back for sure!

The lady who was at the bar was not very nice was very stuck up if you work in food service at least have a smile and maybe you’ll get a tip but acting like that will get you a penny tip terrible service.

This place is excellent! The food was delicious. The chicken fried steak was the best I ever had and the service was delightful, friendly and accommodating. Emily was so great and funny and the support staff was superb. I would highly recommend this establishment.
