Boston Market - Ozone Park

My experience was awful, especially regarding the young lady at the cash register. I asked her politely if they had the regular size item, to which she rudely replied that they only had the large size. However, I later found out online that they do offer the regular size for ordering. It's disappointing that they would lie about their menu options. Ultimately, the manager should not hire employees with a negative attitude to work in customer-facing positions.

Second time, the first time was not unhappy, I said to myself ok letting me go again maybe it's better that all hard-hooking is cold very annoyed maisbrot is the worst

Quick service, friendly staff. Called for a large tray of a side order and they were able to get it ready in 15 minutes. Good go to spot for a meal or catering.

It's more of a 4.5 because everything was good but the corn bread. They threw in a $3 off coupon

Pretty much overpriced prison food. Why would i pay $14 for half a rotisserie chicken and you can get 3 for the same price. The chicken is nothing special and its most of the times dry. The sauce on the chicken that is actually good they charge $17 for half a chicken. Plus idk why this location rips off the coupons on the receipt
