Overall, the restaurant is quite good most of the time. However, they sometimes seem to get a bit careless, particularly with Uber Eats orders. There’s a recurring issue where they forget items, which is more frequent with delivery. For instance, I once paid for a quarter pounder (which isn't cheap) and they completely left it out. On the plus side, they are really quick and nearly always get your order right.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor customer service. Even the manager, Teresa McMurray, was disrespectful, using inappropriate language and treating customers rudely, with no consequences for her behavior. When the chef attempted to address the issues, he was told everything was fine, while staff members openly stated that nothing had actually been accomplished. An employee even suggested that the chief administrator address the behavior of the other manager and staff when they are rude or unresponsive to patrons. Overall, the management on the floor needs a complete overhaul.
The customer service was fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised by the dedication of the hardworking staff.
I had a perfectly cooked fish sandwich, and the drive-thru staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant! The service was also impressively quick. However, the cheese slice was only a quarter the size of a regular sandwich slice!
