Chick-fil-a - Oxford

Ordered a chicken sandwich with extra bacon. They send a grilled chicken, I asked for fried. There was literally 3 strips of bacon on there. Definitely not extra

This Chick-Fil-A location is the worst I have ever been to. I have been hesitant to leave this review because I don't like spreading negativity, but they have consistently messed up my order multiple times, specifically with the veggie wrap. The employees at the counter either don't listen or don't understand what I am asking for, even though I have ordered it many times from this location. Most of the time, they give me a grilled chicken wrap instead, even after I explain what a veggie wrap is and what is in it. If there was another Chick-Fil-A nearby, I would much rather go there.

The employees at this Chick-fil-A location were very unprofessional during the hiring process. I had an interview scheduled, but they emailed me just an hour before changing the time and then sent me the location details only thirty minutes before. I had to reschedule and arrived at the location an hour early for my interview. However, I didn't receive a specific meeting location due to the site being remodeled and didn't get a response when I asked. Eventually, I received an email saying I was no longer being considered for the job because I didn't show up. I accept their decision, but companies should also be held accountable. Lesson learned, I will not be applying there again.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I waited for an hour just to receive my fries and sandwich. To make matters worse, they served my fries in a small cup because they ran out of fry holders. As if that wasn't bad enough, I also found hair in my sandwich. I will not be returning to this place.

I usually have awesome experiences with this particular CFA. But today, my breakfast item was prepared horribly as it seems like it was thrown together and my lemonade tasted like it was leftover from the previous day. Not what I expect from one of myfavorite go to places for breakfast.
