Very tasty ramen with a chewy texture, and included toppings! I ordered the shio (salt) ramen and gyoza. Both were A+. Pork based broth was delightful. Also, I went late at night and was excited about a ramen place being open at 11pm! The reason why I give 4/5 stars is because it is incredibly smelly In there smells piggy. Which on one hand, tells you that all of the broth is housemade and authentic (nice) but be prepared to reek of pork when you leave.

辛味噌がいつも無性に食べたくなる。 まだ帯広に山岡家が出店していなかった二十数年前、札幌すすきの店にたまたま立ち寄って食べたこってり濃厚な味噌ラーメンの衝撃は凄まじく「何だコレ？」と思ったものだ。今では当たり前だが、あの頃食券機でラーメンを購入するなんて経験も無かったし。 最初は正直あまり旨いとは思えなかったが、辛味噌に出会って以来、今ではすっかりハマってる。まさに「癖になる味ラーメンの山岡家」なんだと思う。

海老塩ラーメン。 麺にも海老が練り込まれているのか普段の麺より腰がある気がした。 以前食べた海老味噌もよかったが、塩もありだと思う。 味もさることながら、忙しい時間帯にテーブルに水をこぼし、下にも広げ、迷惑をかけてしまったにもかかわらず、「こちらは大丈夫です。服は濡れませんでしたか？」と声をかけてくれるスタッフの心配りが嬉しかった。
