Tokachi Butadon Ippin Flagship Store

The favorite of my sohne in comparison to eating the pork. sauce is assari. it was delicious.

Awesome meat, cut just the way you order it, charcoal broiled with nearly-drinkable sauce! The only problem with my normal size rice with 1.5 meat was that I kind of ran out of sauce near the end.... You can get it with more though! Definitely my favorite butadon shop, by far.

Really good grilled pork donburi. It has outlets in Sapporo area as well but the vibe here is really nice.

The store design is in low profile and I was offered a seat over the heart and transparent observed how the boil roasts the black laces on the top of the charcoal. Of course, the spices/source they marinated the black apron is the key to making them so successful, but the fresh and the quality of the pork keep it moist, delicate and delicious! the whole cooking process is very simple, but the taste is impressive. also the rice is from the local farm makes the combination a sign here. highly recommended.
