Ihop - Oak Ridge

Terrific service for our mid afternoon meal break. Great IHOP, food was well prepared, tasty and well presented. Drinks were kept well filled. Very good IHOP! Will return!

Great food, great service. Only complaint is on fountain drinks. They taste off. Can't exactly put my finger on it. That, and it would be nice to have a few different selections on them. Other than that, food is always good, and haven't had a bad experience yet!

Was wanting breakfast for lunch. We waited to be seated. Was asked to follow hostess. She took off towards the back of the seating area. I had to go get her and ask to be seated up front as mom was using a walker and didn't want her to have to walk so far. Not a problem. Waitress was great, food was good and served hot.

Food isn't even subpar. Never hot food. Poor service. Not clean. I've tried several times to give this location chances and I'm disappointed every single time. And don't dare order delivery or curbside pickup because guaranteed your order will be missing many things. Every time ive ordered speciality pancakes they just give me regular oh but they definitely charge you the higher price for the speciality ones. No wonder Waffle House across the street is always packed, they've clearly got no competition pics below are supposed to be Tres Leches pancakes and look at that sad thin spinach and mushroom omelet that I had to microwave because it was as cold as if it had been in a refrigerator lol

I sat here for over 10 minutes before I Eve got my drink. There was literally 6 tables in the whole restaurant with people in it and 2 of them were already done. There’s no reason the service should be like this with the restaurant this slow. Horrible service! Please hire people who actually come to work to please people instead of just being here to make money. You gotta love your job in order to be successful in it.
