Przekaż informację zwrotną2 (two) days in a row I have ordered an All American Club. Yesterday, December 14, 2023, I received a sandwich that literally had veggies and cheese on it. I called and they let me come pickup a new sandwich, even though I had it delivered to my work so that I didn't have to leave. Today, December 15, 2023, I decided why not....I ordered another All American Club, also delivered. The sandwich got here, not in a subway bag but a beat up plastic bag that had dirt on the outside. I immediately got my sandwich out and the wrapping was clean. I took a bite....the sandwich was WRONG AGAIN! Full of chicken, not the ham turkey and bacon that I order at least 3 times a week. I called. Same girl, the shift lead at 11:45 am, told me they were NOT replacing my sandwich. That them NOT giving the right sandwich to the delivery driver was not their fault, especially 2, TWO, days in a row....so today I guess i am out of luck on lunch and the $20 it cost me to have lunch delivered. Never again. Rude, belligerent, and she said she didn't care about bad reviews....here's mine. Hope it helps you find a better place to eat because it's definitely not here!
Olives on my sandwich tasted bad. I removed them, other than that no complaints.
Loved Amber and her Team very cordial pleasant and willing to help in a very annoying situation that occurred today outside of her control at another store on airline drive! She actually made my experience worth my time traveling to a second Subway today!!! I love you for this Thank you for being Amazing with an Amazing Team!!!
Only ONE complaint....The Italian Herb and cheese bread was extra crispy....Had to get the wheat bread instead
The food was nasty. There was poor service an the store was nasty as hell the bathroom need to be clean it was filthy. Thee was bugs in the cracks i left in an hurry. Do not go there . The workers are just nasty .
