Sam's Southern Eatery - Bossier City

My favorite restaurant in Bossier is the only one that maintained its customer service and quality throughout the Covid years. Everything is top notch.

While traveling from Tennessee to Texas, I made a pit stop for gas and decided to grab something to eat. This restaurant had excellent reviews for a reason - the food was fantastic and my order was spot on. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was both delicious and served hot. I had to eat in my car, but that didn't diminish the taste at all. I highly recommend this place.

Best grilled shrimp!. Sams is amazing. Their tarter sauce is the best ive ever had. A must try if you like cajun/southern seafood

Consistency is keep to a great resturant and this place should be 5 star but the location isn't the best. It's a highly congested area during lunch. It's next to the main Blvd so drive careful everyone.

It's been way too long!! Good to get back to Sam's. I've never been disappointed. Going to explore the grilled side of the menu soon.
