These people are just atrocious. A friend I went with was first of all charged $3 tip without consent and when we called up there to get some help the rude little teenager said she wouldn?t give us her name or a time freak when the manager would be back and said ?well my manager knows when I work so? like it?s not policy to not give you name out as she said it was and it?s not policy to literally steal money from someone for a tip u wanted??? Not they think just adjusting the tip is okay? No. No receipt was offered and a full refund needs to be issued bc not only is this against policy it is illegal.
UUUUUUUGH. GOOGLE SAYS OPEN TIL 10:30. Came by at 9:45 last night with my two kids because my youngest was begging me for froggys. Drove all the way there only to see a lady locking the door at 9:45. They had a piece of paper with different hours saying closed at 10. K well we were there 15 minutes before closing and I guess y?all decided to close early??? Knocked on the door, girl at the counter made eye contact with me and ignored me. Knocked again, STILL IGNORING ME. then she went and literally HID in the back so she didn?t have to talk to me. REALLY??? Didn?t even have the courtesy to approach the door or even mouth ?sorry we?re closed?. Another lady came up and knocked, ignored her too. Hey sweet frog. Why don?t you do your customers a favor and update your hours online. Oh and while you?re at it, how bout you keep your doors OPEN until closing time. Been coming to you for years but after last night never again. Congrats you just lost a customer. I doubt the other lady will be back as well. Idiots.
Not what it used to be. Used to take my kids frequently 5 years ago. Came back to the area and have taken them 2 times. Yogurt is good, no complaints there, but it's starting to look run down, there are no more sampling of different flavors, you don't self serve the toppings anymore (I did honestly like this, seems more hygienic) and there is a huge plastic partition separating the worker from everyone else. I'm sure that's leftover from covid times, but I think we are passed that and it's very impersonal and awkward when you are trying to talk. The first visit back after a few years, the young lady working was quite rude and seemed to hate her job. This place used to be clean, friendly workers, welcoming atmosphere, and good music overhead. Now it's a rundown, bare bones shadow of its former self.
They won?t let you scoop your own toppings, and for me that?s part of the fun of a frozen yogurt outing.
