I’m honestly shocked that this place has less than a 5* overall rating. Reading thru them clearly some people don’t have their expectations in line with reality! We lived in Ft Worth for a year and frequented Hatsayuki multiple times a week and have had nothing but glowing wonderful experiences! Food is fresh. Service is great. Worth every penny. Food: 5

Great service and amazing food. This is some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The fish is as good as it gets. The flavor combinations are incredible but still feature the fish. The cherry blossom Hamachi is incredible. The uní was spectacular. I didn’t expect it to be this good. It’s worth the hour wait to get a seat. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Fantastic food. We went for a late lunch and everything we tried was great. We did a 5-piece combo and also a bunch of rolls from the daily specials menu. Fish was great quality and flavor and service was actually really fast considering how busy it was (whole bar was still full). I'm trying to find a way to get back to FW just to get back here!
