The Beehive Honeysuckle - Newcastle

Loved the phish burger on sweet potato back, very fish as in texture. salt and pfeffer shquid texture was as much as squid, tasted pretty good. preferred the burger but about the schnaps. home cut chips were really good. very helpful staff. water view (back behind honeysuckle hotel pub).

I'm very happy with eating. the “fish” was super funny and tasty. drinks are excellent. great location. great staff. can not be happier

I had the phish burger and grilled vegetables. the bungalow was dry and the burger was missing from hole. not good, but the phishfilet was delicious. tried like gardein.

Had the vegan seafood plate, the chili garlic prawns, tempura prawns, salt and pfeffer squid, scallops, and so much more. was very expensive, but honestly, it has nothing to do with paying for what we have and the workers we talked with were some of the most kind young, they could really say they take care of more options and eat about it!

Was recommended this via Happy Cow ... the staff were so helpful both on the phone and upon arrival ... the vegan fish wrap special was outstanding and actually had the texture of fish .. So if you have transitioned to plant based and used to enjoy fish chips then highly recommended ... the potato scallops and hot chips were the best and old school style ... defintely be back once restrictions are lifted ...
