Taco Bell - Newbury Park

I went through the drive-thru and received quick service from friendly employees.

Decided to go get some tacos. Fortunately, it wasn't that busy I placed my order drove up to the window paid and got my food in just a few minutes. Amazing Service. 2 minutes Wow. Always kind, friendly service at drive -thru. Thumbs up.

It's a Taco Bell, so my expectations weren't too high to begin with, but I have to say, this location is the worst. The only consistent thing about this place is how often they mess up orders and the long wait times, even when it's not busy. The woman who seems to be the manager clearly doesn't care and often looks like she's on edge. It's frustrating that I have to inconvenience her by wanting my order to be correct. If dealing with customers bothers her so much, she should find a different job. Absolutely unbelievable.

The employee refused to give me more hot sauce even though I asked nicely multiple times

Monica was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the restaurant was spotlessly clean!
