Jersey Mike's Subs - Westlake Village

As far as chains go, this location had great customer service from all the employees I talked to and the sandwich was great, too.

Delicious, fresh, Mike's Way #13 (mixed Italian meats, provolone cheese) Regular CP Relish (cherry pepper), banana peppers and pickles. Mistakenly given a wrap on my last visit, delicious! Now I am craving one!!!Yummy!!!!

Hands down, this is the best Jersey Mike's location there is. Jordan Baker runs such a professional store. Every employee is courteous and very helpful. You will never see lettuce that is browning, which is my litmus test as to whether the produce is fresh. I'm so grateful this location is near my house. Thank you so much Jersey Mike's staff!!!

I met Jordan and Tony at a MIXPO. They were kind enough to bring sandwiches! I tried the turkey with provolone. The sandwich was fresh, flavor-packed, and extremely satisfyingIf you don't want to have carbs, they also have a bowl. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's. The staff was so courteous and friendly.

The Place looks pretty clean and organized as most locations usually do. The customer service could use some improvement, aside from the fact that the employees don’t know the menu the lead female seemed anxious or bothered not a customer friendly person I would say. She literally threw what she wanted in my sandwich ? and made face gestures as told her what to put in it but didn’t listen. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my coworkers nor come back… ??‍
