Came here for my birthday, we were a little late for our reservation but still got seats right away.

Why are waiters at steakhouses always old, somewhat large, white guys ? Seriously, is there a minor league for steakhouse waiters that we don't know about ?

Service - 3 out of 5 Table bread - hard & stale Cosmopolitan - taste like pure lime juice Crabcake - burnt Steak - mediocre.
