The Sweet Shop Nyc - New York

Wow, just wow. These guys never cease to amaze me. They are the most knowledgeable and caring shop of any sort in the UES. The candy and ice cream selection is amazing, current stuff and the classics. I've never left unsatisfied, and they usually even find a way to surprise me. It's little local shops like this that give our neighborhood character and soul, so I keep going back again and again. Today I had a stellar customer service experience in the shop that made me warm and fuzzy inside, so I had to come finally write a review. They make you feel like a real friend, and a customer's biz loyalty does not go unrecognized!

This shop is one of the highlights of our trips to NY! It 's like a step back into a 'sweeter ' time of old school childhood favorites and new delights! Literally the best ice cream we 've EVER had too btw! Can 't say enough about the people at this shop, class acts!!

This place is a hidden gem. I work next to this place and I always look forward going there. The pistachio gelato is amazingly delicious and i could have it everyday. The sour grapefruit candy is so fresh and soft .The candies that they sell are candies carried through the years of time ; from yesteryear through to the present time. The place is small but its full of awesomeness. Plus the excellent customer service. An 'A ' grade really amazing Sweet Shop for a sweet tooth .. keep up the good work.

Excellent service and worth the trip to this quaint store with old-fashioned candies from the past! vegan ice cream options ! as great ice cream! Toppings galore ! Very unique and different flavors ! Worth the trip on upper east side!

Great little shop with wonderful sweets. I visit there every year at Christmas. The owners are delightful. Stop in and check it out.
