Southgate Bar Restaurant - New York

The Breakfast buffet was fully Inedible. Eggs where dried out, sausage was hard as a rock, potatoes and bacon was subpar. Croissants where completely stale. Avocado Toast looked like the avocado was the leftover guacamole from night before, all brown and slimy. Waiter was unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Menu is too limited. Bottles of wine are a little too pricey.

Sexy ambiance. Really delicate and flavorful dishes. Truly enjoyed the experience.

Terrible food…old wilted lettuce and brown avocado. Dirty glasses were still on the table from the previous party. Terrible service, had to ask for water and remind them of basic things. Not friendly, did not greet guests and just looked the other way instead. Over $125 for extremely basic brunch dishes for 3 people… what a complete waste. The hotel is beautiful and I expected better.

Inattentive and slow service, food was nothing to write home about.
