Shabu Shabu Kobe - New York

Service was ok . They seemed very helpful and great. But I couldn 't even get eye contact because servers were busy chatting. (AND place wasn 't crowded) I felt shabu shabu meat was little stinky. Which I felt curious about quality of meat. Price is definitely not inexpensive what what you getting.

The service was inconsistent. The waitor never came over to ask how we were doing and if we wanted to get their attention we had to raise our hand for a good two minutes. Service was just really terrible.

The service was incredibly inattentive and the food mediocre. We asked for water and menus 3 times. Our resevation was for 8pm but our food did not arrive at the table until 9pm. It's shabu shabu so it's not like the food even needed to be cooked. Very disappointing.

Came for the all you can eat special and found that it was lacking in variety. Lots of other food options, but only 3 kinds of meat available, all fairly thick cut for shabu shabu, and no choice in vegetables. I also tried the curry tonkatsu and the taste was ok but difficult to cut and served on a plate far too small. I didn't hate it , i just didn't love it.

Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. Had to get up and ask 2 waiters to get the bill.
