Serafina Broadway - New York

Fantastic experience across the board. Was greeted by a friendly hostess (wish I had gotten her name) who was super accommodating with our table selection. The waitstaff was fabulous attentive, efficient and friendly. Special thank you to Chris for the awesome service throughout our meal. The food, drinks and desserts were delicious. We had the salmon eggs benedict (with a side of potatoes and salad), **** Marys, aperol spritz, an omelette, fries for the table and the cheesecake and vanilla ice cream topped with espresso. (There were 4 people in our party). Highly recommend! The location is super convenient to a lot of touristy spots in NYC. My mom and I headed over to The Great Gatsby after brunch which was a convenient 2 blocks away!

The atmosphere is nice, it is comfortable and spacious, the food is not that good, the pepperoni pizza was bad, it looked like it was from any fast food place, the ravioli was tasty but the ricottini bolognese pasta was hard and cold. I did not like them.Kid-friendliness: Stroller parking

Food was a little about average. Wasn't impressed with my burrata and artichoke dish. The cheese was firm in the center and hardly any seasoning on the dish.Pasta dishes were just ok. Sauces weren't so flavoured. Same for the pizza. No one finished their dish.Ceasar salad was good

Food was tasty and that’s about it. Service was all around terrible. They brought the wrong order to my dining companion and for some reason brought my order back too, even though my order was correct. I had to flag down the server to bring my food back over otherwise it was going to sit out until the other correct order was ready?! Waters were never refilled during the meal. Our server never came to check in on us yet we saw him talking to all other tables around us. At the end of the meal I asked our server if bread comes with the meal since I saw several tables around us with bread. His response was that it’s free but you have to ask them for it and then they’ll bring it… overall good food but not worth it for the bad service and all around experience.

It was a very good meal and the staff was great. The atmosphere was calm and really enjoyable.
