Nice Matin - New York

Hasn't been here since the pandemic. before I was five or six times in year. service and ambiente are still very nice, but eating is not so good. menu is a little bland/less interesting and our eating was completely in order, but not great. even the rollers lubricated a little stale/were hard. would not go back for eating, but perhaps only if I needed a place close to eating.

The service was bad that no one came 15 minutes after sitting on our table. then our order became French toast and pancake. no sirup. had to wait for someone down there and where many server. then there are no coffee refills. had to fly server down. I still don't know if our table has a server other than that we've knocked down. that could be my last visit, sad when I live a block away.

The service was extremely hurried for a 6pm rez and a pretty empty space. eating was a total disappointment. sole meunière should be embellished, not deep fried. the fish was not fresh. absolutely incredible. I left it on my teller. the waiter never asked if I were in order because I am sure he knows that eating is inferior. I went to the house and had a bowl of musli.

Memorable dining. Truly delicious salmon and steak. Lovely bread. shared house salad. Creme brûlée delicious ; apple tart was perfect.

Excellent food, small space, beautiful interior. Joins the Lucerne Hotel, also highly recommended.
