The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our waiter was fantastic and made some wonderful recommendations. We had the luxury of having a larger party (6) people so we were able to try a lot of options. We asked to dine family style and the chef was happy to oblige. The octopus was probably the best I've ever had so tender and flavorful. The lamb was fantastic and pretty much every appetizer that we ordered was great. They also had a great wine list with a ton of options for every budget. The pricing was extremely reasonable (especially for New York). I will absolutely be back.
Excellent fresh food and drink pairings. Fresh shrimp was on the menu tonight, couldn't have tasted any better. Covid safe friendly environment, tables were spaced well apart. Restaurant was about an 8th capacity.
Tzatziki spread was delicious and pita bread as well. My dish was the grilled atlantic salmon with couscous and gold raisins was on point. The crispy skin was delish!! I also had the zucchini fritters which were like a buttery flavor with tzatziki on the bottom. Shrimp Pilaf was good as well. Desert (ravani) was good too!!! Overall, good food. Nice restaurant
Had a fabulous business lunch for two near Carnegie Hall. We chose three spreads for the appetizer; a salad for one of us and the fish of the day for the other. Absolutely delicious. Need to go back soon. Great service, too.
The atmosphere is nice. The service was ok, not great but not bad.The acoustics are terrible though. That was immediately forgiven once the food came. The lamb shank was tinder and juicy. The potato cakes are very filling. You only need one. I don't remember what mine was called but it was even good cold the next day.
