Meijin Ramen - New York

Meijin miso ramen is very good. so is the salmon pole bowl

Cold night, ordered the autumn special buta kimchee ramen. medium-size. kept me warm and not so spicy when their care and not enough if they want to spice. the smooth legs were delicious. the room felt great. good aura. laternen, color, ton. great time!

I ordered the signature Miso Meijin Ramen, and it was kinda underwhelming. The ramen was neither authentic nor an innovative twist that impressed. In fact, I don't think this is the place to come to for authentic ramen, as there was only one choice of pork both ramen, as opposed to the several beef broth options (which is not a traditional soup base).

Homey authentic vibe. I loved stealing a minute away from the busy city. Staff was very friendly and the bathroom really wowed us.

The Ramen was amazing! It was delicious and hot! Even the hard boiled egg was delicious! Would definitely eat here again and the servers were very nice as well.
