We had long mused about visiting her restaurant in Manhattan, and we were so lucky to finally go earlier today for lunch en route to a friend's wedding in Brooklyn.I cannot overstate how wowed we were by this restaurant. We were immediately greeted warmly by Chef Loi and her incredible staff, and showed to a very comfortable table. We ran the menu of vegetarian options and were floored by all of the dishes. The service was incredible we truly felt like family.Very much looking forward to coming back for a more leisurely dinner on our next trip to New York. This place is such a gem do not miss!Vegetarian options: Incredible vegetarian options! My Hindu vegetarian husband was extremely pleased with the variety.
Fresh food with wonderful flavors. You have to try the baklava! The artichoke hearts with peas was fabulous and I do not typically like peas. The olive oil is one of the best I've ever tried.
The food is spectacular. Every morsel was a delight. The evening we were there, in late August, the temp inside the restaurant was uncomfortably warm, which would be my only real complaint. The noise level with a little high, but that seems to be the thing with most restaurants nowadays. Overall, though, hard to beat this place for truly wonderful food.
The food was delicious the staff super friendly the service terrific and we got to meet Chef Loi such a kind sweet and generous person
Everything was great: the food was delicious, the service was good, and we got to meet Maria which is such a gracious and generous with her time host. My friend took me there for my birthday and we thorougly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend the branzino, and try the Green Soup.?
