Jack Demsey's - New York

I visited a few Irish sports bars in New York and have to say Jack Dempsey was my personal favourite, I found this place by accident, will visiting grand central wearing a football top, a local man asked if I was going to watch the game, he was sporting the same shirt, he brought me to Jack's and the rest is history, great company, service and food, if you're a Glasgow Celtic fan it's the only place to watch the games.

We went to watch a boxing match. The energy, food, drinks and staff were exceptional. Get there early if it's a big event because spots fill up quickly and be prepared for the $20 admission fee. We had a great time.Food: 5/5

Shout out to Gladis. Great service and food! My boyfriend came here for just apps and a few drinks and she was great! Welcomes us with green tea shots and a smile! Haven’t been to the city in 13 years and this was the first place we came to! Will be back!Food: 5/5

The house ale is damn good! Going back just for the beer. The bartender was really attentive and friendly. A great, all around bar

Had a couple of drinks here was OK. The place could do with a makeover it's very unkempt. They have a good selection of beers and friendly staff ??
