Don't Tell Mama - New York

I came in here around 6pm on a Sunday for a quick drink after seeing a show. Unfortunately I forgot it was Tony's night so the bar was pretty quiet. Despite that the service was absolutely top notch, the bartender (I think her name was Nicola) was amazing, made an absolutely fantastic Old Fashioned, and was generally very attentive and friendly.The piano music was spectacular, Steven Wenslawski was playing the piano the whole time and had a fabulous energy. He sounded spectacular and had a great way of making it an interactive experience. He even asked me if he could play a song for me, and did a great rendition of Landslide by Fleetwood Mac!I would highly recommend this bar for some pricey (but worth it) drinks and great music

Astounding One of the places you MUST visitThe greatest service, drinks (almost all for 20$ in other places with “that” level of entertainment you would pay much more); and the performances …… !!!!!! OMG ? i could visit this place every day and never get bored off of it your simply the best ? ? ?The ppl who work there are so talented ?The time will come when someday you will become a superstars ?? I’ve read some “one-stars” comments and:1. It’s not true that you cannot record performances2. The drinks are not overpriced3. You can order drinks at any time also during the performances (who have even put this weird review !!!! after all everyone wants to earn some money ? so why they would even think to introduce this stupid rule ??)Cheers ?

FRICKIN AWESOMEWe had the best night !!!Dinner in a restaurant across the road then ‘don’t tell mama’Amazing pianist JDpiano who was very entertaining with the bar and wait staff as backup singersAnd then ALL the staff would sing individually at intervals and have phenomenal voicesSo so very entertaining all while sitting and drinking our yummy cocktails. The place was going off !!!!

Spent two great evenings here recently whilst having first holiday in NYC. Very talented piano playing (and singing) of a great selection of songs. All super friendly. Bar staff are wonderful performers as well as cocktail makers. Shout out to Mason and his amazing renditions from Hamilton, Jekyll and Hyde and Radiohead!

I had so much fun here with friends. Great live piano bar. You can request songs. Hard to get a table but service is really good and attentive.
