Texas Melts - New Braunfels

The staff was friendly and the service was quick! I will definitely order a Tex Mex melt the next time I'm in town, and I highly recommend the homemade fries.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but after my experience, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. I ordered a sandwich, a bag of chips, and left a decent tip, which totaled $20. It looked appealing at first, but after the first bite, I could taste a strong burnt flavor from the grill throughout the entire sandwich—both in the bread and the meat. I had to stop eating it halfway through. They might want to give their flat top a good deep cleaning before serving more sandwiches. On the bright side, the service was good, and the sandwich arrived quickly.
