The Scoop At The Mill - Cibolo

We've been here a couple of times. Great family place with yummy homemade ice cream. I love this place because it is also a store with a connected boutique. My family and I spent the whole night eating our ice cream and browsing all of the interesting and sometimes entertaining merchandise. It'd be great to grab Christmas presents from. Actually, I already grabbed a couple because they were unique gifts I couldn't leave behind. The funny mugs and Cibolo themed merchandise were my favorite items to find!

The ice cream is locally made and tasted great on this really hot summer afternoon. The staff are great as well.

I went multiple times with friends, and truly enjoyed it. While the attached boutique clothing isn't quite my style, there are always things I come back for. The variety of the ice cream/shake/float options. The ingenious mostly handmade and unique home decor. There is something for everyone and history is displayed with pride.
