Whataburger - New Braunfels

I pulled up to the speaker and placed my order, pulled forward but couldn?t quite get to pay window due to the three cars in front of me. So I waited. And waited. For 10 minutes without moving so I just pulled away so I could get to work on time. Whydon?t they pull cars up anymore?? All I wanted was a breakfast bowl before work ????

Very slow drive through. Have the managers, supervisors, district managers go through your drive through at a couple of Whataburger drive throughs. Then, have the same managers go through the drive through at the chicken store that will never openon Sunday. See how they do it, and go back to your Whataburger store and copy what the chicken store is doing at their drivethrough. You'll sell a lot more Whataburgers!

I wish there was a ?no star? option. 1 star is entirely too generous. The amount of time it takes at this location is unbelievable. Literally spending 20 minutes and counting in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me. Hands down the SLOWESTwhataburger in Texas ???? I can?t even leave because I am stuck in between cars

Love whataburger, everything is always good and portions are great, other chains their burgers are so small and unreliable

The fries were cold and soggy! my drink was only 1/3 filled. The lids for the drinks were too big. The meat on my kids burger had crunchy bits in it, so threw it away. Whataburger has gone to hell in a handbasket! We were known for our Whataburger.
