Nantucket Tap Room

The outside terrace was great. we loved this bar when we left. in the inner is a little small, the room is narrow, but it was delicious.

Extremely rude staff. Waited outside for almost half an hour until they opened, and when we finally sat down they told us all of the tables were reserved and allowed people who came in after everyone who had been waiting to sit at the bar. When we spoke to management, their response was “so?” and brushed us off. The hostess, manager, and waitress were all so rude and careless. Absolutely not worth it.

Pretty okay food, but I agree with the other reviewers about the general staff attitude here. It seems like none of the employees want to be there, and it really shows in the general atmosphere. The remodel is pretty, and it could be a cozy spot, but I wouldn’t recommend dining here.

First the hostess is not friendly at all she really need to find a new job she looks very angry is like she is doing a big favor only to give us a table .The food was okay the kale salad was very bad salty and bitter so don’t go for it.The second plate was much better I got Duck. The place is beautiful in our way out we find very nice and friendly people but the hostess not friendly and courtesy at all.We visited last week of October 2021.

Awful food. Overpriced. Rude staff. Manager told me she would take care of “only customers she cares about.” Inedible steak, frites cold. Complained to the server and to the manager. Bill $175 for two. If the staff had been helpful or even polite, perhaps I’d consider a different dish at another time. As it is, these rude people don’t deserve your time or your money.
